my folder contains images, js, index.html and css. how to view output ?

Hey,
It's my first shot at web development.
I downloading the source code for a game. It has the following subfolders : images, js(having a file called source.js which pretty much looks like the source code for the game), index.html and css.

How do I view the output ?
Do I have to build and run the code ?

Thanks a lot refreezed. I did that, but it opens a static kind of page with no movement. Someone told me to do a Ctrl+J and it showed that I have an error on some line. Maybe that's why it's not moving.
Shall debug it and get back to you.
