Website displays improperly

I just finished uploading my website. I viewed it on firefox/chrome and safari on a macbook. I also viewed it using chrome on a pc laptop.
Both laptops have 13 inch screens and the website viewed properly on both laptops.

I tried viewing the website on a pc desktop that has a 19 inch monitor. The website views properly using ie. However does not view properly using chrome.

(When I view the site offline using chrome on the desktop it does displays correctly.)

The layout for every page other than the homepage screws up.
