Looks like an excellent resource and it all seems to work well, my first impression and probably only criticism is that it looks a bit clinical maybe its deserving of a background image or pattern, or a logo, thats all just some eye candy, otherwise it looks like a great social networking site that could have huge potential, especially if its integrated with other social networks like FB, Twitter, Linkedin etc.
