    Coral moving?

How do I get the coral (image) of the homepage of my website: www.website2013.site50.net moving?

What do you mean by "moving"? It's a .jpg image which doesn't support animation. You could use some of the new CSS 3 rules to give some appearance of movement or incorporate the image into the HTML 5 Canvas. Or, make an animated image in GIF format.
