Hiring web developer!!!
I need a website developed within 3 weeks. I need it almost identical to www.cirruswx.net. On the homepage where the weather radar is I need this radar http://www.mem-weather.com/myownradar/mem100/radar.htm. The radar in the link is on my website server so this project should be fairly easy. Also I found a video on youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tRlbaK1Sjr0 Do you see the red bar with text scrolling. I need something like that which will display-tornado-severe tstm-excessive heat-flood-winter wx flash flood warnings. Here are the watches: -tornadow-severe tstm watch flash flood winter weather winter storm watches. Here are the Arkansas counties: Lee, St Francis, cross,Crittenden, poinsett and Mississippi counties. Here are the counties in Mississippi: Desoto Tunica, Tate, Marshall. Here are the counties in Tennessee: Shelby, Fayette, tipton, Lauderdale, haywood. I need that red bar to pop up when the watches of warnings listed above are issued for the counties above. Here is a website that will help you for the warnings http://alerts.weather.gov/ Please email me at email@example.com or message me any questions and your quote. I need to be able to be viewed in all browsers. The web developer needs to have experience.

Pretty interesting project. It looks your reference site does not have its own database and it is fetching all data through some API. can you confirm this to me.
I also suggest that using flash would not be wise and recommended by Google for SEO. It will increase load time and slow down the site speed. Recommended solution is Jquery or HTML5.
Please share your feedback with me at firstname.lastname@example.org
I consider, what is it very interesting theme. Give with you we will communicate in PM.
