But what about google's strategy to consider these activities, according to google it shouldn't be in huge amount to perform< an all activity should be with unique content on good quality websites.

All the techniques are regular and going old but they are effective and if you want to know about new techniques so I think Social Media also a good option and Content is king,so you have to concentrate on your unique content.
