PR 0 is useless?

I don’t really think that PR 0 is useless I think there are many web sites that having good traffic from online and don’t care about page rank. Only site traffic matter in online marketing there is huge sites those have PR 4 to 6 but not really good traffic. So it’s an old metric which is not effective in ranking and traffic too
