Javascript error. Not sure how to fix it. Can anyone help?

Hi there,

I'm having a problem on my client's website. The website is www[dot]cognitohrm[dot]com and there appears to be a javascript error on the site that is preventing certain functions from working properly.

On the home page, the Contact Us link, the Try it Free Today link and the video should all open in their own lightbox but none of them are working. Can anyone advise on how to fix these? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I have no problem seeing the lightbox display in FF with either the Contact Us or Video link.
Using the error console in FF, I get this error;

Fix that problem and should be good in FF and Chrome. Untested in IE

Note also that you have a number of CSS warnings, but they at least don't just stop your program.
