HTML5 GeoLocation - Where are you on the Google map?
In this topic I want to introduce new feature of HTML5 for locating yourself on the Google map. This is called GeoLocation. It first give permission and then shows your place, even if you connected through a vpn connection. It is interesting, isn't it? To learn coding refer to the following links:
GeoLocation – Find yourself on the Google Map – Static
GeoLocation – Find yourself on the Google Map – Dynamic
As you see inside the links, you can view the place statically or dynamically; the difference is that the static for is just an Image view of the place, but the dynamic form gets ability to use Google Map tools.
Everybody I have a question:
How does Google find us, even when we are not connected by a mobile device? I have used it in my university; but it found my place in that big area. I think that GeoLocation doesn't have ability to get information from internal networks!!! Any idea?
