Reload?....refresh content?

I am building a new web site, 3 column static layout, sidebar 1 and 2 always the same, i want to be able to reload center column 'only'
content without reloading the entire page. I am assuming html or php include statement with a replace function which I do not know
how to do.

Can anyone help with the code I need?

You need jQuery - display the relevant part of your current HTML and we might be able to help you more.

A link to the page would be helpful. There are a couple of possible solutions, but without seeing the page we are left to just make guesses about what will work for you.

I will post the code when site is up in beta. I am reloading each page now and it works fine for the time being.
