flash tutorials

I'm looking for flash tutorials, I've used flash for simple animations before, but i was wondering mainly about creating whole sites in flash, although i don't rate flash for web usuability it would be something I'd like to add to my skills set.

what animation do you use? and you can't complain at least you have one. maybe you could ressurect it somehow and then save it as *.gif
