Buddypress expert needed to complete half finished site

Hello,
I am looking for developer and designed to complete social networking based website based upon buddypress. The site
is 75% complete but few portion related to e-commerce (Marketpress + Affiliates plugin) is pending and also lots of styling and customizing issues.
So, someone good in css3 and twitter bootstrap and buddypress + any e-commerce plugin only contact me.
Its 1 week work to complete the work. I also need quick learner who can start and get to speed very soon and understand existing code and modules.
