I would really appreciate if some could help me out with this

I want to have a landing page for a small hosting company.

The user enters the domain name and suffix -- hits enter.
The user need to then be redirected to domainname.suffix:2082

Any help, or just to get started if you dont really want to help a newby like me, would be appreciated.
