Try to develop a web page on Internet Explorer 9. It is actually very simple, see I want to display the text: "Immigration" or a word "auto". After the page is displayed, I see there are blue colored double underlines under these words.

I never coded that way. Actually I just want to display the plain text. How can the IE add those underlines automatically? When you click on it, it direct you to a advertisement web site.

The same codes worked just expected on Firefox.

How can I fix this issue programmingly? (I do not want the users of my web site to spend time to figure out how to disable them).
