I use classifieds sites for traffic mainly but I don't use for SEO, as your classifieds are deactivated after certain period of time, means links are removed which is not good in SEO.

Classifieds help in increasing the website traffic but in case of free listings it is temporary.For advertising purpose it is really helpful..
