Sorry if this is the wrong forum to ask but is there any javascript I can use to enable a radio button in a website that requires me to wait 3 days to use it?

What are you trying to do by waiting 3 days? What is the purpose of the delay? I cannot read the questions in your image display.

I have a feeling that it cannot be done without the use of cookies, local storage or the reading of a file of valid users using ajax.

That website is like ebay in mexico, it requires you to wait 3 days before you can give feedback meanwhile they charge you for the sell even if you didn't get the money from the buyer. What i'm trying to do is somehow enable that radio button so i can give the proper feedback and report the users so they won't charge me, that is without waiting 3 days..
