Newbie needs help with broken link icon on image

HI All

I'm really new to HTML, i am trying to get an image up but it keeps coming up with the broken link icon, "paper torn in half"

i think the code is fine, i got an iimage of google images, saved it and want to upload it, i put the correct code
but it won't find it.

Files can not be referenced using a path to your computer if the HTML file using the image is online.
