    trouble positioning navigation links

    Can someone tell me why I can't seem to position these navigation links?

    I need them to be down 50px from the top image bar, and 10px; left of the container. On preview, everything looks fine, but after uploading, I get this:

    Here's the url:
    http://www.jeffs60s.com/test/newtemp13.php

    Thanks!

    #menu{
    margin-left:10px;
    margin-top:50px;
    width:200px;
    }

    <ul class="menu">

    you have assigned a .class to the menu, although within your CSS you have given this rule an id. Change the rule accordingly and replace the

    .menu{
    margin-left:10px;
    margin-top:50px;
    width:200px;
    }
