    How to recover from penguin

    My sites which were affected from Penguin is still struggling to rank, please give some tips for recovering.

    1. First, you diagnose the problem using google analytics tool or other tool.
    2. Find Which Anchor text is affected after penguin updates?
    3. Find your website backlinks using any backlink finder.
    4. Next you remove your affected backlink using Google disavow tool.
    5. Start new link building use genuine way.

    I checked WooRank it is really good analyzer, it provides overall analyzed data which is really too helpful.

    Means Not Have Link from Quality Sites or have Linked with Similar Contextual Link ...
    Best Option is Found and Remove those Bad Links ...
    Request Google to Not Account those back-links ....

    Penguin and Panda have basically made it so that if you back link in a manner that either creates an easy to recognize linking profile, blatantly uses frowned upon methods(link networks/paid links), has an over optimized anchor text profile or has low quality content on page or where your back links reside....then you are penalized.

    How to recover from penguin

    hi,
    this is very long process to recover from penguin in spite of this I try to explain it in short.first you need to do Google analysis for diagnose the problem .Then clean up all on page and off page links.After that try to rebuild the links using best practices.As it's a long term process you need to have patience. Finally you must get your page rank again.

    fresh content and genuine link are very important for white hat seo that Google never spamming panda and penguin update rank down only when we get low quality link or our site content is poor.
    so first update fresh and qualities content and high pr site link
    add Google webmaster to make show of site change and links
