    WeldPad

    Hello,

I am using the WeldPad platform In my website.
I am using it in order to have Log-in and Database capabilities in my WebSite

The Platform is great, And I get all I want.
Very easy to look for widgets, and Customize them.

    But the documentation sucks.
I would like to Create a schedule Job that will send Emails.
I know it is possible, but I don't know how to.

Can anyone Help me with That?

Also I would like to add a forum to my web site.
    How do I do that?

I found the Custom forum widget.
I have customized it to my needs.

But I am using a forum that is owned by some other user.
I want to create a forum that I am the Owner.

    Here is the code.
Simply copy it to notepad, save it as html, and open it in a browser.

    HTML Code:

    Hi eran0lavi,

    regarding the custom forum widget.

In order to become the owner of the forum, and according to the widget description you can change the gid parameter, to an unregistered gid value.

    e.g.
    in your code:
    you call the widget 35854
    This is its code:

    HTML Code:
    #IFXX({"conditioncontainerid":35856, "truecontainerid":35857, "falsecontainerid": 35858})#
    #Embd({"containerid":17903, "params":{"!gid": "2", "!threadnumber": "7", "!numberpoststodisplay": "5", "!feedoverviewui": "35855", "!feedentryui": "19201", "!rendererUID":"aaa"}})#
You can see the gid is 2, change it to something else like 56.
Once you have done that refresh your website.
You will see that insted of the forum user interface that you had, The widget display, make me the owner of that forum.
Click on make me the owner, and then refresh.

    Now you are the owner!

    Anyway:
All widgets are created by the community, a user.
The user is the one that places the description on the social network graph.
You can find the description on how and what you can do with the widget and how to configure it.

looking into the code I can see that your count down widget is initialized by you placing the time span hard coded as follow:

    #Embd({"containerid":35845, "params":{"!namespace": "#namespace#", "!timespan":"100000", "!userInterface":"35846"}})#

So it always count 100000 ms.

How can I set it dynamically, so I will be able to select a due date and always when I display my widget It will display the countdown to my selected time destination?
