[RESOLVED] Odd spacing in IE
I am new to the forums and this looks like a great place to build and learn.
The thing I am having a problem with is when you open my MAIN page here:http://www.benjaminvilina.com/hab/ in Internet Explorer there is this huge gap between my div buttons.
Open it in firefox, chrome, safari and it works perfect.
Any ideas guys/girls?
Your markup is rendering extra markup between your line1 and line2 divs. Open it in Chrome Debugger to check. Here's what it's putting:
hmmm, I wonder why it is doing this...
Ahhh, I fixed it. Thanks @cbVision for bringing it to my attention in that area.
It was a stupid minor fix that I should have seen.
<a href="why.html"><div class="m2" id="mCont2"><h1 id="pric" class="cent">WHY AMP?</h1></div></a>
<a href="price.html"><div class="m3" id="mCont"><h1 class="cent" id="pric">OUR PRICING</h1></div></a>
Were missing their end "</a>" tags...
lol but cheers!
You've got some mark-up errors that need correcting, like enclosing <div>s in <a>nchor tags. Validate your code and see if that helps.
Perfect! Glad you got it straightened around!
I also face problem when I open my site in IE, the right sidebar shows in bottom, what is the main problem here?
