    Lightbulb ecommerce integration

I have created my web store's front end, I have all the static HTML, CSS, JavaScript pages. I have an amateur knowledge of PHP from building wordpress websites. What is the best direction to go from here? I have looked at magento and open cart but they both seem to be based on themes. I want full control over the design of the store, or even better integrate it into my current static pages. If anyone can discuss and share their experience with this it would be much appreciated.

My suggestion is this. Take the most basic theme you can find for your site which has ecommerce functionality. After you have it, add/remove/modify elements, so that the theme looks like you want. I think that would be the easiest way to add ecommerce to your static pages.

Definitely you should take simple and basic theme that suits your site. Magento is best for e commerce.
