How long is a piece of string? It all depends upon your requirements. Many developers/software houses do fixed prices for simple sites up to a given number of web pages. Google will list them by the thousand.

However, the initial cost may be artificially low to get your business. The cost of maintenance/update of the site may be significantly higher. So do not assume that the initial cost is indicative of the long term cost of ownership.

Well, if you have a little knowledge or Wordpress and hosting cpanel then it won't cost you must, in $30, you would have a website, you need a domain name and hosting... thats it..

Many sites give you a package plan and they also include an option of "project builder" where you can add your project requirement and things that you want get done and they can tell you how much its going to cost you.
