    Open window to specific size

    Saving the following code as a desktop shortcut, clicking returns the desired result, but it also opens a blank browser page as well.
    Code:
    <DOCTYPE html>
    	<meta charset="utf-8"/>
      <meta name="robots" content="noindex, nofollow"/>
    <head>
    	<title>Shortcut to Passowrd Generator</title>
    </head>
    <script type="text/javascript">
    function poponload()
    {
        testwindow = window.open("http://www.jwgmg.com/admin/ranpgen.html", "mywindow", "scrollbars=0,resizable=0,,width=400,height=300");
        testwindow.moveTo(0, 0);
    }
    </script>
    <body onload="javascript: poponload()">
    </body>
    </html>
    Here is the code for the requested page (ranpgen.html):
    Code:
    <DOCTYPE html>
    <head>
    	<meta charset="utf-8"/>
      <meta name="robots" content="noindex, nofollow"/>
    	<title>Password Generator</title>
    	<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="http://www.jwgmg.com/styles/gen.css"/>
    	<style type="text/css">
    	tr { text-align: center; }
    	</style>
    </head>
    <body>
    <form id="pform" action="">
    <table id="pgen">

    <tr><th colspan="2">Password Generator</th></tr>

    <tr>
    <td><input type="checkbox" id="up" name="up" checked="checked" />Upper Case<br />
    <input type="checkbox" id="lo" name="lo" checked="checked" />Lower Case</td>

    <td><input type="checkbox" id="dg" name="dg" checked="checked" />Numbers &nbsp;<br />
    <input type="checkbox" id="pn" name="pn" checked="checked" />Characters</td>
    </tr>

    <tr>
    <td colspan="2">
    <p>Additions to selection set: <input type="text" id="ct" name="ct" size="40" /></p>
    <p>Removals from selection set: <input type="text" id="rm" name="rm" size="40" /></p>
    <p><input type="text" id="le" name="le" value="8" size="3" />Length ( 1 to 128 )</p>
    </td>
    </tr>

    <tr>
    <td style="text-align:center" colspan="2">
    <p><input value="Generate Password" type="button" onclick="javascript:genpwd()" />
    	<input type="reset" onclick="javascript:cleanup()" /></p>
    <strong>Generated Password</strong>
    <p><input type="text" id="outbox" name="outbox" size="40" /></p>
    </td>
    </tr>
    </table>
    </form>
    </body>
    </html>
    What am I missing that will prevent the blank page from opening?
