[RESOLVED] a pseudo class not working.
I don't understand why this is not working. I've looked at my book and at the w3c site and my code matches. My page passes the HTML validation site, but the CSS validation site says there is a Phase error on line 59, just after the last a:active property.
What am I overlooking?
This -> here <- is the page I'm working on, I'm trying to get the Download link at the bottom of the page to display a different color for each state. Right now it won't change from the default blue.

In your css, you have:
That open brace at the end is supposed to be a closing brace...
Thank you so much tracknut for pointing that out to me. I can't believe I missed that. I swear my eyes are going.
That was it! Thumbs up!
By the way, Just wanted to mention: I ended adding a background color to the p element just because I thought it looked kind of cool after the fact. I'm just mentioning it in case someone runs across this post and looks back at the code of the active page and notices I've removed the a:link pseudo section in the head. I just made this change after the fact.
However, you hit the nail on the head!
Thank you so much sir. I thought was going nuts.
