how to get rank of high competition keyword?

Develop a high quality website structure that is motivated to convert humans first while providing high quality content for search engines. Donít forget that your high quality content needs to drive your customers to a strong conversion point.

For high competition keywords, you should have a plan/strategy first, you need to work on daily basis for better result, I would say.

first do keyword research and chose 2 or 3 keywords phrase.
write unique content and regularly submit atleast 1000 words content per week.
Then build relationship links between your website and most relevant websites. For example your website health related website, get backlinks from health relevant website, but not real estate or political website.
If your website recently started (startup), wait atleast 6 months, or wait atleast 3 months.
