Hi all, my name is Max and I am part of FlightAware in Houston, TX, an aviation tracking and data services outfit. Currently, we offer a service called FlightXML which allows developers to create aviation apps on a variety of different platforms including Andriod. Our API allows for real-time flight tracking and flight-status for all US commercial flights, most US private flights, and many other worldwide flights. A variety of aircraft info, airport info, airline fleet info, flight route info, weather, owner information, maps, and alerts can be queried. Our API is priced on a per query basis.

The reason I'm writing is to get your thoughts (as developers) as to what might be lacking or what we could improve on? I'm open to any and all suggestions. Even if you aren't a travel app developer, your input is much appreciated. Thank you!
