I have an embedded webapplet on my site using <object data="webapplet"> .
The problem is i can't access the script of the applet as it is automatically generated by a building monitoring software.
The stupid scripts makes it steal focus and putting itself on top no matter what i do.
(The person who designed that webapplet should be shot )
It's driving me crazy.
Is there anyway to block the embedded applet from accessing it's parent?
So it's not able to change it's z-index and steal focus anymore?
I was able to put in some interactivity with $(window).on(somevent,function).
Put for some reason that doesn't work with firefox on linux when my cursor hovers over the object.
It works fine on windows btw.
