I have a responsive website, and I have a pop up livechat that comes up when the visitors navigate through the website. However, the screen size of the popup is too big and it will fill the entire screen and the visitor can no longer navigate. Is there anyway to edit it so that javascript is disabled on mobiles?

Here's the code

Code:
<!-- BoldChat Visitor Monitor HTML v4.00 (Website=Applewood.ca,ChatButton=Applewood.ca,ChatInvitation=Applewood.ca) -->
<script type="text/javascript">
  var _bcvma = _bcvma || [];
  _bcvma.push(["setAccountID", "984362872993571532"]);
  _bcvma.push(["setParameter", "WebsiteDefID", "8359441341062114808"]);
  _bcvma.push(["setParameter", "InvitationDefID", "5669190252038772528"]);
