Great answers. Now PPC & SEO Unite with the New Paid & Organic Report in AdWords Tool.
Google provides few suggestions with this report:
It helps to discover additional keywords

    Here is the simple difference.

SEO is a technique in which we try to rank our website in the first page of Search engine without using any advertisement and google Adwords program.

PPC stands for Pay Per Click in which we use Google Adwords program to advertisement on Google Search engine.

If you just launched your website you would want to use PPC because the search engines have not indexed you yet and if your not indexed yet you can not be listed!

Search engine listings “SEO” and sponsored or paid search advertisements “PPC” drive targeted traffic.

The main difference between Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Pay Per Click (PPC) is that traffic coming from SEO (organic) is free while traffic generated from PPC is not free (as the name implies you have to pay a cost per click).

SEO is the process of optimizing your website so that its pages show up in the SERPs. SEO drives traffic to your site via search engines like google and yahoo.

When you start a website, it is important to get your SEO right first. PPC can come after SEO. You need traffic to have your site running efficiently and PPC is of no use if you don't even have the initial traffic.
