    Quick image load

Hi I would like to quickly load an image that is the size of the screen.
I want it to work on slow computers as well.
I am posting my question (How do I etc...?) in the html subforum, if you think I should use js or php please let me know.
    Thanks

It should not worsen in quality if you make in Photoshop.

You cannoy change resolution without affecting quality. I could make the image smaller as well but then it wouldn't fit anymore

Definition: Resolution is the term used to describe the number of dots, or pixels, used to display an image.
Higher resolutions mean that more pixels are used to create the image, resulting in a crisper, cleaner image.

You could try reducing the color depth and see if the image quality is still acceptable. Many graphics programs like Photoshop are capable of significant file-size reductions while still retaining good quality. There are also many online image optimization utilities that you can try.
