How do I create a control which disables focus on the underlying HTML page?
If you browse to http://fun.trollist.com/most-awkward...ught-in-public, you will get a series of popups that are purposely intended to ensure that the user keeps on clicking within the page, not allowing the user to gain focus over the underlying HTML page which shows up in the background.
The page also includes a nifty Facebook Plugin (FB.API when you View Source), which encourages the user to share information through his/her social media account.
How do I go about creating something similar?
How can a 'hacker' work around the issue of not having access to the page in the background because it is annoying?
I am using Google Chrome on unix.
