The befit of responsive design is its work on any computer, laptop or mobile
When I talk about mobile with web companies and designers, I often hear statements like, “We’ve done a responsive design, so mobile is all taken care of.”
    1. Create usage scenarios.
    2. Pay attention to what you’ve cut out.
    3. Think very carefully about icons and usage flow.
    4. Involve users in the design process early.

You can make a responsive design for web pages by creating uniform layouts that are dynamic in nature.
The essential thing on responsive webdesign is that it should support all devices such as smart phones, tablets, laptops and future gadgets.
Even using sliding panels on the web page is one of the responsive web designing technique.
That is all about responsive web design in one paragraph.
