Best easy website design software?
Hey guys. So if you were to start again, or you were to advise a friend on the easiest website builders what would you advise? Personally I think that Wordpress could be a good option yet it isn't exactly a software per se but more so a CMS.
I started out with some cool drag and drop software around 5 years ago (although I have to admit I've never really gotten into design as much as a 5 year long designer should have).
My opinion is that everyone is different and some people may not get into it at all? Would you then say that this beginners list of software is specifically correct in terms of what it's listing.
Or would you be on the premise that web based solutions are better as listed here?
I really don't think Wordpress is a software but it is good for beginners?
Wordpress is the best for everyone. Try it, you will love it.
If we're talking about offline soft then these are: Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash.
If about ready-made applications: http://www.irdb.com/free-website-builders/
http://www.wix.com/ This is the best option for design the website as quickly.
You have given good guidance I think it would be useful for all designers
I agree with Ferdinand get the Adobe Master package and you will have all the software you need to make great web designs. If money is a problem go open source (e.g. Gimp and Notepad ++)
I have started an open source project called Web Press Creative. It is very much like word press except I am trying to make it much more flexible and allow for a wider variety of template options. I'm looking to find other developers that are interested in helping to develop the project.
You can see the live site at: http://webpresscreative.org

the source code is located on Cloudforge: https://webpresscreative.browse.clou...presscreative/
