    Screen Scrubber Database

I would like to make a screen scrubbing database but have no idea where to start or what language to write it in. If anyone could give a small but detailed description or example as to how to build it(or if someone could share theirs) would be much appreciated.

I have no idea what you are referring to, can you please clarify what your "Screen Scrubber" does.

a screen scrubber is a program that will extract specific data from webpages source code and files it into a local database which can then be used to show a chronological order of changes in that page.

    an example is http://www.infuza.com/en/ogame.us/Hy...liances/324828
which shows my game statistics on a web game called 0Game

I think the search term you want is "screen scraper".
