I have html pages to show a set of pictures. Visitors step through the pages by clicking link or arrow keys.

eg- http://pastcaring.com/dordogne/071-Domme.html

Since the images are often too big to view fully I need to down arrow to get a better view. When left or right arrow keys link to the next page I would like to retain the view position of the parent in the new page (thus keeping the new image in the same position on screen).

This is done when a page is 'refreshed' so I am assuming it is possible to pass on the position to the new page using javascript.
