    Go to this link https://chrome.google.com/webstore/c...y/themes?hl=en
You can see many Google chrome theme in the Chrome webstore, and when I move the mouse into a theme, the thumbnail image disappear, and then other infomation fly up.
How to do it with CSS? Please help me.

Have a look at this link:

it is a 'how-to' for a pure CSS sliding effect in the same fashion as the chrome store.

You could also potentially use JQuery and use the .slideToggle effect? It's probably a better, cleaner solution to doing this all in CSS but it does require you learn some JQuery!
