    Textarea Black Outline - Chrome vs. Firefox

    I am making a contact form and I noticed a couple of things . In Firefox the input and textarea boxes, by default, are simply outlined in light-gray. In Chrome, by default, the input boxes are styled with 2px inset while the textarea box is 1px solid.

    In Chrome this makes the flow look very bad. While in Firefox everything is uniform and flows well. Is there a way to override Chrome's defaults so that the input and textarea boxes look the same?

    Let me know if you'd like additional info.

    Thanks in advance.

    textarea {
    font-family: inherit; /* 1 Correct font family not being inherited in all browsers.*/
    font-size: 100%; /* 2 Correct font size not being inherited in all browsers*/
    margin: 0; /* 3 Address margins set differently in Firefox 4+, Safari 5, and Chrome.*/
    }

    if the above doesn't help can we see your code?
