Disable access to sub-directory on 1 domain but not the other.

I have a domain (VarExample.com) that is setup to a sub-directory(public_html/var) as the root. Now my main domain(example.com) is on the actual root directory (public_html/). Is there a way I can make it so example.com can't access example.com/var?

    So example.com/var is forbidden.
And VarExample.com is able to access var. (VarExample.com's root directory is /var/)

    Never mind, solution:
Have the domain pointers set up like this:
VarExample.com is pointed to the sub directory /var/
example.com is pointed do a sub directory /example/

Example.com will not be able to access /var/
VarExample.com will not be able to access /example/
