    Legal Defense Against Clients

I didn't see a legal section on the forum here.

But I am in the middle of a lawsuit. And was wondering if anyone has been sued by a former client.

I have looked into the law and defenses, but would love to hear any feedback from fellow developers who have had a lawsuit filed against them for development of the website.

No, it has never happened to me. In my capacity as not a lawyer, I would suggest: (a) find a lawyer in the field if you have not already retained one, and (b) be very careful about discussing the case here or elsewhere, as in the "Anything you say may be used against you in court" sort of thing.

Tsk, Good Luck with the case, I hope you can defense yourself, if you really didn't do anything.
