    Hello,

Can you post your html code and the line where you added this code , so we can check this error and try to resolve this?
    Thanks.

I suspect that you may have crashed out when editing the home page, leaving it truncated, or locked? If so there is a range of things you can do:

    1. Is the site still accessible on-line? If so, the home page is still ok. If not, can you access any of the other web pages (by entering their URLs in a browser)?

    2. Do you have an off-line copy of the site? If so, you could try uploading the home page (and any other corrupted/deleted pages). If not, you could try downloading as much of the site as you can access.

    3. If you cannot access the home page on line, and have a copy offline, but uploading it failed, the original may still be there but locked. If so ask the web host's support dept for assistance. They may need to take the server down to unlock the file(s) that were locked.

    4. It won't help you get out of the fix you are in, but this illustrates the risks of directly editing your site on line. It is essential to have a copy of the site off line, and strongly advisable to edit and test it off line before uploading any amended pages.
