I've stumbled on an issue with a Jquary script I installed on an opencart installation.
It's a sideslider, which works great. But I discovered an issue when viewing the site on a smaller screen.

When it slides open, it's above the imageslider I have, but whenever a new images loads, it falles behind it.
Here's a screenshot of what I mean:

Is there a way to have the sideslider script as an absolute top so it's always on the foreground?

Btw, this is the code:
Code:
<script src="./js/jquery.tabSlideOut.v1.3.js"></script>

    <script type="text/javascript">
    $(function(){
        $('.saveecigs-out').tabSlideOut({
            tabHandle: '.saveecigs',
            pathToTabImage: './sideslider/openingsuren.png',
            imageHeight: '178px',
            imageWidth: '42px',
            tabLocation: 'right',
            speed: 300,
            action: 'click',
            topPos: '200px',
            leftPos: '20px',
            fixedPosition: true
        });

    });

    </script>
	<style type="text/css">

      .saveecigs-out {
          padding: 20px;
          width: 250px;
          background: #ee9899;
		  border-radius: 10px;
		  -o-border-radius: 10px;
		  -moz-border-radius: 10px;
          border: 1px solid #29216d;
      }
      </style>

Thanks in advance!
