I just recently created my first live website using WordPress.

I have experience in HTML/CSS, but I find it troubling when trying to adjust spacing/presentation on the site. It seems that WordPress adds many layers and finding the correct class or ID is inconvenient.

Other than using Firefox's browser web development tools, is there any other kind of software out there that can allow me to visually see the layers of each element (header, body, etc.), so that editing the .css file will be a little more convenient?

After typing this out, this sounds lazy! But there's got to be something out there.
