Forms Using JS VBScript on ASP Form

I have 59 fields on a VPScript (ASP) Web form that uses JS to calculate totals based on menu driven entries. As the user completes the form, which has 14 comment boxes, the response time slows to a crawl at the end of form. Ways to speed up response for mouse clicks accessing different fields as well entering comment fields is sought. Is there a way to clear cache as the fields are computed? Help please...I am a novice learning from you the masters.

If you have XP Pro you can enable IIS, I don't suggest trying to enable IIS on XP Home.
