I am really sorry if that is the case

I am really sorry if that is the case, but i was doing it on study purpose, not promotional one. Look at the blog post if something seems to be promotional or advertisement there.

Adding sitemap.xml and ping GWT to add index URl's of your website can speed up the process of your website indexing.

When it comes to make "Google" to index your website, for this the genuine way is to update your domain regularly, like many website has "Blogs", to update their domain. Whenever Google bot crawls your website, if ti get some new information, then it will slowly and steadily increase its regularity to crawl your website in search of new information.

The webmaster is used, but it is not natural, it is a kind o natural, where you fetch the page as Google bot, and indirectly send ping to Google.

When it comes to "increase page speed", there is a tool available just search "Google page speed checker", then the tool after placing your URL in it, will analyse your page and show you the page speed of your URL and the area in which you have to improve to increase your page upload speed.
