    Exclamation Double HTTP:// on links

Sometimes when I place my mouse cursor over a link on something I have searched for, I notice a double http:// or an https:// right after the http:// Any ideas why? I have never noticed this before.

What browser are you using and can you provide any sort of example? Is this something you see on specific websites? Is it something that you notice occasionally (but not always) on google searches? Can you provided any examples of such pages or searches? And do the links still function properly when clicked?
