First of all PPC is not a part of SEO, both are two different marketing strategies. PPC (Pay Per Click) can give instant traffic to your website, but for that you have to pay Google. There are certain amount of money you have to give for each of the click on your advertisement and these advertisement banners redirects the visitor towards your website.

PPC also known as “Paid Search” is the process of paying for advertising on sites and search engines but the advertiser is not charged unless someone clicks on an ad. PPC can allow for much quicker wins in visibility or conversions.

PPC is a term used to make your website popular, it is same as SEO but you have to pay in PPC. As the name suggests in pay per click you have to pay to the owner of that webpage where you had put an advertisement with every click.
