    error message

    I have been working to figure this out. Here are the 2 pages I have The form and PHP page but I can not get it too work can someone tell me what I did wrong?

    I get this error I get this Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /home/realmai1/public_html/whitetaildeerpool.com/survey.php on line 87

    I put XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX were I get the error when I look at it with dreamweaver
