    Make re-writes work for shared ssl as well and normal site

    This is a wordpress site.

    Here's my attempt to do this.

    <IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
    RewriteEngine On
    RewriteBase /
    RewriteRule ^index\.php$ - [L]

    RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^(www\.)?mysite.com$
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
    RewriteRule . /index.php [L]

    # wordpress rules for subdomain.maindomain.com site
    RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^secure.mysecureserver.net$
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !^/~username/
    RewriteRule ^(.*)$ /~username/$1
    RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^secure.mysecureserver.net$
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
    RewriteRule ^(/)?$ ~username/index.php [L]
    </IfModule>

    That second block of rules came from http://wordpress.org/support/topic/s...-with-bluehost

    My secure pages are not redirecting.
    https://secure.mysecureserver.net/~username/index.php displays the wordpress site.
