    My CSS file isn't updating when I upload it to my server?

    Here's my code...

    Code:
    /*
     Theme Name:     customizr-child
     Theme URI:      www.codexx.co.uk/wp-content/themes/customizr
     Description:    customizr-child
     Author:         Steven Curnow
     Author URI:     http://www.codexx.co.uk
     Template:       customizr
     Version:        3.1.7
    */

    @import url("../customizr/style.css");

    /* =Theme customization starts here */

    p {
        color: black;
        padding-right: 350px;

    }

    h1,h2,h3,h4,h5,h6,a {
        color: #4DA6C6;
        font-weight: lighter;
    }
    h1,h2,h3,h4,h5,h6 {
    margin-top:30px;
    margin-bottom:30px;
    }

    h1 {
    font-size:2.5em;
    }

    a {
         font-size:18px;
    }

    li {
    margin-left: 15px;
    }

    h2 {
    font-size:2em;
    }

    div#main-wrapper {
    width: 1000px;
    margin-left:180px;
    background-color:white;
    }

    body {
    	background-color: grey;
    	/*margin:20px;*/
    	/*background-image: url(/wp-content/uploads/bubblesbackground.jpg);*/
    }

    footer#footer {
    background-color: #28557C;
    width: 1000px;
    margin-left: 180px;
    }

    aside#pages-2.widget{
    margin-left: 20px;
    }

    header.tc-header {
    height: 20px;
    background-color:#28557C;
    }

    div
    /*img {
    margin-top: -25px;
    height: 80px;
    }*/

    logo {
    margin-top: -19px;
    }

    div.navbar-inner {
    margin-left: 477px;
    margin-top: 1px;
    height: 44px;
    width: 500px;
    }

    /*div.navbar-wrapper {
    margin-top: -13px;
    }*/

    p.fp-text-one {
    width: 200px;
    }

    p.fp-text-two {
    width: 200px;
    }

    p.fp-text-three {
    width: 200px;
    }

    h2.span7 {
    margin-top: -48px;
    width:495px;
    }

    div#content.span12 {
    margin-left: 60px;
    }

    /*hr.featurette-divider {
    width: 950px;
    }*/

    .featurette-divider {
    width:800px;
    }

    ul#menu-main-navigation-menu {
        /*margin-top: -52px;*/
        /*margin-left: -72px;*/
        /*margin-top: -110px;
        margin-left: -702px;
    }*/

    div#customizr-slider {
    	margin-left: 180px;
    	width: 1000px;
    	margin-bottom: -20px;
    }

    div.widget-front {
    	width: 250px;
    }

    div.span4 {
    	margin-left: -400px;
    	width: 500px;
    }
    The div.navbar-inner tags aren't working, they are supposed to change the text on the logo but don't do anything, I want to align the menu in the blue bar at the top of the page but it's doing nothing and some of my text has moved all the way to the left, it's gone off the page for some reason.

    I have cleared my cache and it's still not working...

    What's going on?

    Interesting use of comments here, I suspect it may be your issue.
    Code:
    ul#menu-main-navigation-menu {
        /*margin-top: -52px;*/
        /*margin-left: -72px;*/
        /*margin-top: -110px;
        margin-left: -702px;
    }*/
